City Wide Towing has an opening available for a full time Medium Duty Wrecker Operator  at our Red Deer office. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional towing and recovery services to our clients. This position requires a commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and the ability to operate various towing equipment effectively. Responsibilities :

• Operate towing vehicles safely and efficiently to recover vehicles as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients during their time of need.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on towing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding job status and updates.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while on the job site.
• Assist with minor automotive repairs when necessary.
• Use and manage E-Logs.
