Responsibilities :

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Coordinate and supervise a team of construction workers

Perform skilled carpentry work, including formwork, framing and finishing

Installation of windows, doors, decks, and siding

Ensure that all work is completed according to building codes and regulations

Maintain a safe, clean and organized jobsite

Experience :

Proficiency in blueprint reading and the Ontario Building Code

Strong knowledge of various carpentry techniques and materials

Familiarity with other trades

Ability to operate power tools and other equipment safely

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of ICF, SIGA, Exterra, Zip-System, Trex and LP is a plus
