WE NEED

We’re seeking an Associate Product Manager with a passion for translating product ideas into actionable, structured plans for our engineering and UX / UI teams. You’ll enjoy the challenge of breaking down complex product concepts into clear user stories and requirements, driving smooth development processes while keeping the user experience front and center.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, blending strong organizational skills with a keen understanding of project timelines. If you love working hands-on with both ideas and teams to bring user-friendly solutions to life, this role is for you!

YOU LOVE

  • Shaping product ideas into structured, clear user stories and functional requirements
  • Creating and updating project documentation for seamless cross-team collaboration
  • Managing the product timeline, keeping all phases of development on track
  • Leading Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to optimize workflow
  • Building alignment and clear communication between engineering, UX / UI, and stakeholders
  • Utilizing user feedback, data, and analytics to guide product decisions and enhancements
  • Proactively identifying and addressing project challenges

    • YOU HAVE

  • Practical experience in SaaS companies, with a proven ability to adapt in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Fantastic organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
  • The ability to zoom in and out on details, maintaining a balance between granular focus and high-level understanding.
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, creating wireframes, and defining requirements.
  • Experience with ClickUp and Google Workspace for task management, collaboration, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
