People Transformation Project / Program Manager (Contract)

Location : Toronto or Montreal

Work Model : Remote / Hybrid

Contract Length : 6 months

We are seeking a senior Project / Program Manager to support a People, Process & Leadership (PPL) organization through a major transformation initiative. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive alignment, execution, and delivery across multiple high-impact workstreams.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives and governance routines
Build dashboards tracking milestones, risks, KPIs, and dependencies
Partner with executives and external consultants to drive delivery
Support AI-enabled automation and operating model evolution
Lead planning, working sessions, and cross-functional coordination
Support executive communications and change readiness

Must-Have Qualifications

8+ years of experience in HR, People, Talent, or corporate transformation

Strong project and program management background

Executive stakeholder partnering experience

Experience leading operating model or large-scale transformation initiatives

Nice-to-Have

Experience managing external consulting partners

Experience with Airtable or similar portfolio tools

Exposure to AI-enabled automation initiatives
