We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Project Support member to assist with the implementation of our new HR system. This role will be responsible for triaging HR operations help tickets, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of HR transactions. The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of Excel, HR processes, hands-on experience working within HR systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, etc.

This position plays a critical role in resolution of issues that are time-sensitive and ensuring accuracy of HR records.

Key Responsibilities Inc l ude :

• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Maintain and update specific employee records including hires, transfers, organizational updates, etc.
• Triage, track, and resolve HR operations tickets in a timely manner
• Investigate and troubleshoot system, data, and process-related issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of support tickets.
• Perform regular audits and data validation to maintain data quality and identify discrepancies.
