Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an initial 7 months contract with a possibility of extension / conversion. This role is hybrid, 2 days per week in office in Toronto.
Responsibilities Include :
- Addressing client phone and email inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Applying problem-solving skills and discretion to meet customer needs
- Supporting center operations by following goals, policies, and procedures
- Identifying sales opportunities and fostering teamwork through positive engagement
Must Have Qualifications :
2+ years of experience working in the Financial IndustryStrong knowledge of securities settlement2+ years of customer service experience working in a contact center environmentNice to have Qualifications :
Completion of a CSC courseCantonese, Mandarin, or French speakingPrior contact center experience in the Financial Industry
