With your exceptional customer service and sales skills, you will help our customers fully experience the benefits of our growing suite of products and services. You’ll share our passion for leveraging our superior networks and the strength of our team to deliver unmatched value and innovative solutions to our customers’ homes, all while growing our business and customer satisfaction.

Here’s how : as a Service Professional, you’ll be the face and voice of TELUS for our customers. You’ll meet with them in their homes, installing, maintaining, and supporting a range of services, including security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone. You will set your customers up with services, provide on-site support, and drive future growth for TELUS by highlighting sales opportunities designed to help our customers get the most out of their TELUS experience. With your exceptional customer service skills, you’ll educate our customers face-to-face on both new and existing products in their homes, while increasing our sales and customer satisfaction.

What’s in it for YOU?

We know that our success is tied to the people we hire, which is why the rewards of starting your career with TELUS include an hourly wage of $27.70 plus sales commissions, annual bonuses and regular increases. This hourly wage includes a base wage of $25.70 with an additional $2 / hour for the recognized skill of Aerial Outside Plant Climbing (telephone pole climbing). This is based on acquiring this skill recognized by the company and performing work related to this skill. We provide extensive training to ensure your success in this role.
