Chief Financial Officer - Mining Company

Natural Resource Organization with multiple TSXV listed Companies is seeking an experienced Junior Mining CFO

For the successful candidate, this is an opportunity to get involved with an entrepreneurial and growing group focused on developing a portfolio of assets. This CFO position reports to and works closely with the executive team on quarterly and annual reports, financial management and bookkeeping.

What we are looking for.

A Toronto-based, dedicated individual with excellent experience as a CFO of a TSXV publicly traded mining / resource company. Experience trumps education. Intelligence, industry knowledge and determination trumps all. However, having experience as a CFO with a Canadian-based TSXV listed natural resource company is an absolute must.

Responsibilities.

Primary responsibilities include quarterly and annual reports for each of the portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be responsible to develop creative, accretive and cost saving opportunities within the company.

An excellent understanding of financial reporting.

An advanced understanding of the Canadian flow through system.

A strong understanding of financial statements and the capital markets.

Experience as a CFO with a Canadian-based TSXV listed natural resource company is an absolute must. Excellent professional writing and communication skills.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
