Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented  Contract Manager  to oversee contracts related to  mechanical, electrical, and civil works  within our  operations . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be capable of conducting  on-site contractor audits , ensuring compliance with contractual terms, safety standards, and cost controls. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency and contractual integrity across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts for equipment installation, facility upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Conduct  on-site audits  of contractors to verify compliance with : Contractual obligationsTime sheetsCost tracking and invoicingSafety and environmental standards
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure contract alignment with operational goals.
• Monitor contractor performance, project milestones, and budget adherence.
• Ensure all contracts comply with industry standards, local regulations, and internal policies.
• Support resolution of disputes, claims, and contract variations.
