Overview

We are actively seeking a Structural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the signage or related industry and possess strong technical and creative skills to develop innovative sign designs. If you are a talented and experienced Structural Designer with a passion for the sign industry, we encourage you to apply and become a valuable part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Produce structural engineering 3D models and 2D construction drawings using AutoCad and / or any software for industrial structural infrastructure.
  • Develop technical sign drawings and artwork for production.
  • Prepare files and technical drawings for fabrication and installation.
  • Perform structural analysis to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the production and project management teams to refine designs.
  • Work with Roland printers and plotters for production purposes.
  • Assist in material selection and design feasibility assessments.
  • Review and revise designs based on feedback and project needs.
  • Communicating project problems and flaws to managers.

Education

  • Diploma or degree in a related field such as Industrial Design, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.

    • Skills / Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of signage industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of fabrication materials and processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and building codes.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
