Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance Technician at this facility will follow the plant maintenance program. Responsibilities include repair, replacement, lubrication and inspection of parts or equipment in production and around the facility. Work is completed at the plant site or at a bench in the maintenance shop. Weekend work and overtime may be required. The position is rotating across day, afternoon and midnight shifts.

Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, timely and satisfactory completion of all mechanical maintenance work
- Maintain and improve the plant's preventive / predictive maintenance system
- Lead problem solving and analyze results of maintenance repairs to ensure plant objectives are met
- Maintain a professional relationship by active collaboration with other departments in the plant
- Work effectively and lead within a team environment
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
