Blackstone Repair Services is seeking Millwright Professionals with Reciprocating Equipment Experience to be part of our Project Coordination Team.

Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate projects related to the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment from initiation to completion.

Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Leverage your expertise in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment to provide technical guidance and support to project teams, overseeing assembly / part design and fabrication.
• Operate specialized 3D scanning equipment.
• Effectively manage resources, to optimize project efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Responsible for for sourcing and ordering of both tools and materials required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications. Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
• Follow a quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standards in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment.

Conduct inspections and audits as necessary.

Qualifications :

• Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent education, or Journeyman Industrial Mechanic certification.
• Proven experience in coordinating technical projects, with a focus on the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of reciprocating equipment and associated systems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
