Seeking a Plant Support Engineer with strong experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and system diagnostics. The role involves providing on-site engineering support for manufacturing operations, identifying and resolving production issues, and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting equipment and process failures and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform real-time diagnostics and troubleshooting of plant systems and equipment.
• Conduct thorough RCA for recurring production and quality issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support process improvements and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain detailed reports and documentation of all support activities.
