WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Oversee a development team to deliver high-quality, secure code and ensure the team functions smoothly as a cohesive unit
• Work closely with business units to develop strategies and tactics to reach business objectives
• Continuously advocate and build robust products to capitalize on dynamic business opportunities
• Be thoughtful and advocate for our customers at every opportunity
• Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines in partnership with other business units
• Mentor and be mentored by everyone around you
• Work with counterparts to establish and uphold an engineering culture of open feedback and continuous improvement

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have :

• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects and features
• Work experience as a software development manager or as a senior individual contributor
• Excellent and empathetic English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong practical and theoretical understanding of modern software and infrastructure practices

Nice-to-have :

• Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human-computer interfaces
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong data fluency
