Finance Director

We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at each stage of your career--Reporting to senior management, I am seeking a Financial Director for a large group located in Laval. - Oversee accounting and financial activities, including closings, consolidations and analyses. - Produce financial statements and ensure their compliance with accounting and tax standards. - Lead budget processes, forecasts and profitability analyses. - Optimise financial systems and processes, including the implementation of technological tools. - Supervise and mobilise a multidisciplinary team. - Manage relationships with external auditors and financial partners. - Participate in strategic projects (ERP, automation, financial transformation).- CPA professional designation required. - Significant experience in financial management, including team supervision. - Strong command of analytical tools, ERP systems and Excel. - Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset). - Motivational leadership, strategic thinking and ability to thrive in a changing environment.
