Nanny & Household Helper Needed in Tsawwassen ✨

Our family is looking for an amazing, caring, and kind nanny to join our home starting this February. We have a sweet 4-year-old boy and a friendly family dog - both love people! We are looking for someone who doesn't just "watch" our son, but truly enjoys engaging in play and exploration!

The Schedule

When : Monday – Friday (Daytime).

You have the option to work 25hrs / week (part time) up to 35hrs / week (full time). It really is up to you - and how much you want to work with us! The hours are flexible, but we require your assistance in the mornings and afternoons to accommodate our pre-school pick-up and drop-off schedule.

Your Role

Childcare : Engaging in active play, visits to the library, playground trips, and swimming at the pool. Preschool pickup and drop-off.

Meal Prep : Preparing healthy snacks and meals for our family.

Light Housekeeping : Keeping common areas tidy, managing our son's laundry, and general "helping hand" tasks around the home.

Pet Care : Must be comfortable with dogs! We have a yellow Labrador, who is an absolute love-bug and adores children, people, and other dogs.

Requirements

Experience : a minimum of 3 years of experience with young children. Added plus if you are seeking a career with children (i.e. in school to become a teacher)

Vibe : A genuine love for caregiving and a knack for creating a fun, safe environment.

Safety : Must pass a criminal record check and provide excellent references. Must have valid CPR. If you have a swim instructing / life guarding background it is an asset and the hourly rate will reflect this.

Logistics : Option to live-in a self contained, brand new, private secondary suite on our property, or we are willing to pay for a transit pass for the right candidate.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay : The pay range for this position is $22.00 - ... / hour depending on experience and training. . A live in option is available for the right person!
