Description de posteBicycle Outdoors Retail service establishment Willing to relocate Bicycle store Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales Determine merchandise and services to be sold Implement price and credits policiesLocate, select and procure merchandise for resale Develop and implement marketing strategies Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and / or volunteers Prepare presentation graphics and drawings Manage difficult situations with customers Design and layout pages Co‑ordinate activities with local tour guides or leaders of performance groups Administer first aid in emergency situations 11-15 people Staff in various areas of responsibility Point of sale system Electronic scheduler Word processing software Inventory control software Electronic mail Spreadsheet MS Outlook Social Media Escorted group travel guide Escorted individual travel guide Tourism Marketing Graphic design Fitness equipment Bicycling
