JOB TITLE : Finance Controller

REPORTS TO : General Manager and Corporate Director of Finance

DEPARTMENT : Finance

JOB SUMMARY : T hissenior l evelmanagementposition i sresponsibleforoverseeingallfinancial aspectsofthecompany,includ i ngforecasting,budgeting, t i merely financia l report i ng,cashflowmanagement,accountsrece i vab l e,accounts payable, p ayro ll ,ticket process i ng and national / provincial tax filings .

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial information, including daily operating reports, capital reports, general ledger and income statements, forecasts and budgets
• Oversee Accounts Payable
• Oversee Accounts Receivable
• Prepare all HST / GST tax returns
• Complete month end closing process and forecasts
• Prepare bank reconciliations and Balance Sheet Analysis
• Assist the General Manager in providing leadership to all departments, including providing strategic direction needed to ensure accurate reporting and planning for the property
