The City of Port Coquitlam is currently seeking a positive energetic and customer focused individual to work in our Development Services Department as the Customer Service Representative - Development Engineering. Reporting to the Manager of Development Engineering the incumbent will perform a variety of customer service tasks to variety of customers.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to :

• Provide information and assistance by responding to inquiries from a variety of customers including members of the public contractors professionals and internal staff
• Prepares and maintains a variety of correspondence files and reports; and compiles information statistics communication materials and other documents related to the work
