Position Summary

As a Compensation & Job Evaluation Analyst, you will support the development and implementation of job classifications and maintain the current compensation program. You will work closely with HR teams and department managers to ensure roles are accurately classified and evaluated to ensure fair and competitive compensation structures. You will also assist the compensation team by classifying and evaluating positions during recruitment and promotion processes.
