Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Lawyer
- High-level email management, which includes professional communication to the Crown and Courts
- Organize and prioritize complex meetings, while providing calendar management
- Follow-up on high priority matters
- File Management
- Prepares and drafts written communication, letters and correspondence
- Entering and updating daily tasks
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of PCLaw is an asset
- Minimum 4 Years experience in a similar field
- Must have a University or College Degree
