What YOU will do:
• Participate in the strategic planning of projects to be tendered , in collaboration with the general manager, according to the development targets and operational capacity of the company.
• Supervise and structure the preparation of submissions : gather, organize and validate all necessary documentation (plans, quotes, addenda, administrative requirements), in particular via SEAO or directly with clients.
• Conduct a thorough and critical review of the plans and specifications , identifying technical challenges, opportunities for added value, and potential risks. Develop estimation strategies aligned with the specific characteristics of the project.
• Carry out a detailed analysis of quantities and costs , evaluating execution options and recommending the optimal allocation between internal work and subcontracting.
• Select, qualify and engage subcontractors according to the nature of the projects. Prepare invitation documents, analyze proposals received and collaborate with the project management team for the final selection of partners.
• Maintain and develop a strong network of subcontractors and suppliers , based on trust, transparency and performance.
• Actively contribute to the closure strategy by presenting the general manager with an in-depth analysis of the issues, room for maneuver and levers for differentiation.
• Ensure the quality, rigor and conformity of all submissions filed, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards.

YOUR knowledge and experience:
- Minimum of 7 years as an estimator in the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree (building engineering, construction engineering, civil engineering)
- Experience with PDF survey software is required.
- Reading plans and estimates
