Delivery Manager

Aquanow is a digital asset infrastructure and liquidity provider to global institutional clients. We are currently looking for a full time Delivery Manager to join our team on a hybrid basis out of our Downtown Toronto office.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of strategic projects, varying initiatives, client change requests, and technical implementations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, solution design, product owners and implementation teams to ensure system solutions and product delivery meet requirements and timelines.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee the delivery of multiple projects of varying sizes from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and successful completion
• Ensure projects are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to management and sales teams
• Track and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients
• Identify and assess new change requests from clients, evaluate impact, and prioritize implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Collaborate with business, sales, operations, marketing
• Contribute to the solution design
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests

You'll Need to Have :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager (minimum 5 years) in the financial technology industry, especially in trading services and software solutions
• Industry experience : commercial banking, retail markets, capital markets, digital assets, etc.
• Demonstrated experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Experience with client onboarding processes and change management
• A good understanding of financial markets, trading services, and related software solutions
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and / or experience working with digital asset projects
