Summary

We are excited to grow our team and are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Communication Manager to develop, support, and execute the company's overall marketing communication efforts. You'll be responsible for crafting clear, consistent, and comp messages across all channels to strengthen our brand, engage customers and prospects, and support our business growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop Communication Strategy : Create and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan to promote brand awareness, customer engagement, and product promotion in alignment with marketing objectives
• Content Creation & Management : Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including press releases, thought leadership, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and website content
• Brand Messaging : Ensure consistency in the brand voice and messaging across all platforms, both internal and external
• Campaigns & Promotions : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with product launches and business goals
• Partner Marketing : Support the Partnerships team with engaging new and existing partners and running scalable co-marketing initiatives
• Event Marketing : Assist with marketing events and trade shows by creating promotional materials, coordinating logistics, and communicating with participants and stakeholders
• Public Relations : Manage media relationships, write and distribute press releases, and coordinate interviews and public appearances to maximize positive exposure for the brand
• Analytics & Reporting : Monitor and report on the performance of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

As a hybrid office-centric company, we are looking for candidates in the Toronto area.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role : The estimated pay range for this role is CAD $110,000-$120,000. Other factors that impact compensation may include stock options.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate's starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate's skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
