Your Role

• Greeting & Welcoming : Professionally greet clients, visitors, and staff, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Phone Management : Answer and route calls promptly, take accurate messages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Client Assistance : Support clients with scheduling, inquiries, and general information, delivering exceptional service.
• Appointment Coordination : Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, maintaining an organized calendar.
• Office Operations : Oversee office organization, manage mail and deliveries, and maintain adequate supplies.
• Communication Liaison : Act as the central point for internal and external communication, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
• Administrative Support : Provide clerical assistance, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
• Confidentiality : Safeguard sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
• Issue Resolution : Address client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
