We are seeking Chemical or Process Engineers with 3+ years of professional experience who are eager to build a long-term career in advanced water treatment and lithium recovery. Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the process design and optimization of lithium recovery and advanced desalination systems, integrating modular water treatment unit operations and developing PFDs, P&IDs, and mass balance models.
• Support the development and validation of mathematical process models to evaluate performance, optimize designs, and inform scale‑up of new technologies.
• Research, assess, and recommend process equipment, instrumentation, and control strategies based on technical, operational, and economic considerations.
• Assist in developing control philosophies and process narratives that guide automation, safe operation, and process consistency across systems.
• Participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), HAZOPs, and design reviews to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
• Contribute to commissioning planning, execution, and performance testing activities, helping validate system operation and achieve design targets.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance team standards, workflows, and technical proficiency, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence.
