Responsibilities :

  • Building a high-quality, well-qualified pipeline of deal opportunities
  • Following up and qualifying inbound sales leads
  • Moving deals through the sales stages and, ultimately, closing deals and winning new business
  • Conducting online meetings and software demos with prospects
  • Educating prospects on the value of the compny’s software solutions
  • Leveraging the company’s CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn, and other sources to help generate leads
  • Making outbound sales calls into targeted lists, supported by marketing efforts
  • Tracking all lead activity and deal information in the company’s CRM system, HubSpot
  • Providing feedback to, and work collaboratively with, the marketing team about campaigns or programs

Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary degree in business administration, communications, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably selling software or technology-related products
  • Strong sales hunting ability with a drive to close business
  • Strong cognitive thinking ability
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with (or quick to learn) software programs
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must live in the Lower Mainland
