Description de posteYou love clothing that celebrates femininity in all its wonder You are a natural leader who motivates a team You are sociable, a good communicator and a strong team player You are proactive and conscientious You set goals for yourself and always achieve them You are looking for a career that continually offers new challenges You are open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods (depending on your availability) Optimize the performance and profitability of your store with the support of your management team Train your team to provide strong customer support—teach the best sales techniques and ensure familiarity with all product features Analyze sales results with your manager and implement innovative improvements Schedule employees based on performance to manage payroll cost-effectively Communicate sales goals to your team to meet and exceed them Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find what they need—explain product quality, materials and features Coordinate tasks with the management team and ensure smooth operations when leadership is absent Mobilize your team and foster a positive work environment reflecting the brand values Bring our vision, mission and culture to life on the job and share them with your team Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model Build a high-performance team—recruit, train and prepare the next generation of employees Plan work schedules and manage absences Participate in performance evaluations for the store team Schedule team members based on performance and in-store traffic Master knowledge of all products and their features With the team, create an attractive store based on planograms Monitor market trends and competitive activity Build a loyal customer base by showcasing the brand image and building relationships Assist with planning incoming orders and set up visual displays efficiently Maintain store and backstore cleanliness Collaborate with mall administration Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales Open and close the store Manage controllable expenses efficiently Respect and apply policies from head office departments Perform other duties to support the team
