About the Opportunity

TAPP Workforce Solutions is supporting a modern, patient-focused clinic located in the vibrant and welcoming town of High River, Alberta, just 30 minutes south of Calgary. We are seeking dedicated Family Physicians to join our client’s growing team and provide exceptional care in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced practitioners and new physicians seeking to establish a rewarding practice in a supportive, community-oriented environment.

Your Role

As a Family Physician, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to a diverse patient population.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Deliver urgent care walk-in clinic services when required.
• Contribute to community health initiatives that promote wellness and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice as a Family Physician in Alberta.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine / MBCHB or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Proven ability to deliver patient-centred care and manage diverse health conditions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in urgent care or community health is an asset.

• Number of positions: 4
• Start date: Immediate
• Compensation: Fee-for-Service, RRP eligible
• Split: 75/25 %
• Start date: Immediately 01/Dec/2025
• Incentives: up to $5000 CAD for relocation when signing a contract of 4 years.
• 2 months’ rent free if relocating to High River, AB (only available when intending to reside in High River, AB)
