Required Experience :

Minimum 5+ years' experience with Intellimatch

Strong Financial Data Analysis and Reconciliation experience

Capital Markets experience and financial background

Business-oriented Business Analysis experience, rather than system analysis

Attention to detail, ability to drive requirement discussions, communicate with users, and work on proof of concepts

Ability to work independently without supervision

Strong facilitation skills to clarify requirements

Experience translating requirements into technical specifications for developers

SQL experience and database knowledge

Must Have :

IntelliMatch application experience (SunGard reconciliation software), Crystal Reports, and Cognos report development experience

Quick learner of organizational structure, business strategies, and processes

Knowledge of business process modeling and process mapping

Ability to write clear and structured business requirements documents
