Responsibilities :
Including but not limited to the following :
answering phones, reception, booking appointments, running office errands, filing, preparing invoices and bank deposits using computer software, photocopying, faxing, ordering stationery and office supplies, completing forms, opening files, typing correspondence, monitoring and responding to email, preparing legal documents with accuracy, must maintain strict confidentiality at all times
We are willing to consider either full time or part time applicants. A part time employee will need to be available in the afternoon and on Fridays.
