Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Specialist, located in Osoyoos, BC. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will lead recruitment campaigns, source and attract top talent, conduct candidate screenings, and manage the hiring pipeline. This individual will also develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, foster strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and full-cycle recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to design and execute effective recruitment strategies, including utilizing digital platforms and talent sourcing methods
• Experience in managing compliance with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and recruitment standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Prior experience in the logistics, camp management, or aviation sectors is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
