Base pay range

CA$40,000.00 / yr - CA$50,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities :

  • Visitor Reception : Visitor reception service and meeting support.
  • Travel Management : Booking flights, hotels, assisting colleagues with visa applications.
  • Procurement & Expense Management : Responsible for purchasing festival gift, office supplies and managing inventory, conducting expenses.
  • Fixed Asset Management : Managing the company's fixed assets, including receipt, issuance, resale, reuse, scrapping, disposal, and inventory checks.
  • Activity Organization : Organizing local activity, including quarterly activities, birthday parties, association activities, etc.
  • Space Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of office space, encompassing lease agreements, relocation, and daily space / environment optimization.
  • Meeting Support : Provide administrative support for internal and external meetings.
  • Courier Management : Assisting colleagues with shipping arrangements and timely payment of bills.
  • Service Scope : Support for regional administrative affairs if needed.
  • Others : Performing any additional administrative duties as assigned by superiors.

Educational and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic graphic design skills are a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English (working proficiency) across all communication modes (verbal and written). Possesses excellent interpersonal and cross-departmental coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated strong execution skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a high sense of responsibility. A proactive and reliable team player.
  • Over 2 years of administrative experience with hands‑on experience in at least two functional modules from end to end.
  • Having prior work experience in the internet or technology industry is preferred.
