Reporting to the Associate Director of Utility Distribution Systems, the Engineering Supervisor leads a team of professionals responsible for all aspects of utility engineering. This role provides technical leadership and strategic direction to ensure long-term system planning while driving performance improvements across the utility\'s infrastructure. To succeed in this role, you\'ll need strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of the utility industry, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

The Engineering Supervisor is an on-site position located in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Relocation Assistance is available for the successful candidate. Your key responsibilities

• Lead professional engineering teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and timely results.
• Provide expert technical guidance, review, and approval for distribution engineering designs, studies, and construction packages.
• Identify and address system reliability challenges by developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor system capacity and contribute to long-term planning initiatives, including growth forecasting and infrastructure needs.
