Preferred Qualifications:
A Ph.D. in Marketing with demonstrated teaching excellence at McMaster or another university in a relevant subject area, or a Master’s degree with a focus on Marketing and more than 5 years of related managerial/professional experience and two years teaching experience.
Required Qualifications:
Senior (at least fourth year) PhD student in Marketing in an accredited doctoral program with relevant subject matter expertise, or a PhD in Marketing, or a Master's degree in a relevant subject and 3 years of managerial/professional experience in marketing or a related business function.
Wage Rate*: The DeGroote School of Business offers a pay rate commensurate with qualifications and related teaching experience in a range from $8,600 to $9.750. The exact rate of pay is determined at the sole discretion of the employment supervisor, according to standard evaluation criteria.
