We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor to lead the store environment, foster inclusivity, coach service standards, and help achieve store objectives including in-store sales and web orders. You will report to the Store Manager and thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating to execute operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.
• Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
• Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Open & closes the store proficiently.
