Data Analyst (Contract)

Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Market Intelligence team and responsible for maintaining, validating, manipulating, and analyzing data and data processes within our Avison Young Technology platforms. This includes the management of real estate data, as well as real estate adjacent data. Position entails daily and weekly data tasks, data sprints that support regional teams, as well as national product goals, in addition to longer term projects aimed at enhancing the platform through data. The technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing you provide to the Marke Intelligence team will enable the group to provide data-driven decisions to internal and external stakeholders.

The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $50,000 to $55,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant education / training, experience, and internal equity.
