Supported by the Senior Director, Human Resources Program Development, you'll be part of team of subject matter experts whose mission is to ensure HR programs support the long-term goals of the company and foster a positive employee experience.
Your responsibilities
- Develop, improve and implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives, including : workforce & succession planning; training, talent management; communication; performance management; engagement; change management; equity, diversity and inclusion; corporate sustainability;
- Build strong relationships with leaders and develop a keen understanding of the business to design effective solutions and deliver value;
- Manage and lead the entire lifecycle of HR programs, including planning, communication, execution, and evaluation;
- Provide HR data and metrics to make informed talent decision;
- Proactively seek HR automation to drive efficiency and capitalize on the power of digitalization to enhance HR services effectiveness.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations or business administration;Seven (7) to nine (9) years of relevant experience;Proven experience in HR program development;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English, enabling you to interact frequently with colleagues in Canada;Available for occasional travel;CHRP designation would be an asset.What sets you apart
