Solution Advisor - HR SaaS

About the role

This role at Nakisa is pivotal in executing our Go-To-Market strategies for Nakisa's Workforce Planning (WFP) and Organizational Design (OD) solutions. The role combines deep expertise in HRIS, and solutions engineering to drive revenue opportunities and client success. As a key member of the Business Development Team, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams to showcase the value proposition of Nakisa's WFP products through tailored demonstrations, strategic guidance, ROI models, and hands-on support to Fortune 1000 clients and prospects.

This individual will work closely with Sales, Product, R&D, and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with market demands and client needs. Your expertise will also be instrumental in shaping product enhancements, supporting buy cycles, and providing best practices to both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position offers global exposure to high profile clients, a strategic outlook, and significant opportunities for career development.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and Share Best Practices: Lead the development and dissemination of best practices in OD and WFP, and cloud-native SaaS by positioning yourself as the subject matter expert within Nakisa and for our clients.
• Product Demonstrations: Build and deliver tailor-made demonstrations that highlight the unique value of Nakisa's WFP products, tailored to address specific client personas, pain points, and objectives.
• Pre-Sales Support: Support the sales cycle by providing functional and technical expertise and leading client relations during RFI/RFP responses, proof-of-concepts, and deal negotiation.
• Client Requirements Analysis: Engage directly with clients and prospects to understand their business requirements, collaborating with internal teams to design solutions that meet those needs effectively.
• Product Marketing Collaboration: Support marketing initiatives by participating in webinars, events, blogs, and whitepapers to promote Nakisa's WFP products and value propositions to the industry.
• Product Evangelism: Act as an internal and external evangelist for Nakisa's WFP portfolio, participating in webinars, events, and marketing activities to promote our offerings and capabilities.
• Collaboration with Product and R&D Teams: Work closely with Product and R&D teams to provide strategy and guidance on market trends, ensuring our solutions evolve in line with industry demands.
• Implementation Support: Serve as a subject matter expert during implementations, support onboarding, training, and enable internal and external teams to ensure successful adoption of Nakisa's products.
• Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure Nakisa's WFP products remain competitive and relevant.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or master's in human resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong background in solution consulting, pre-sales, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solution models and the ability to easily grasp new technologies as a super user, particularly within complex IT/ERP environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC/SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM. (Preferable)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering business-level presentations to diverse audiences, including management-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, fostering strong relationships and contributing to shared goals.
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time, and working across different time zones 5% of the time.
• Fluency in English is required to perform the essential duties of the role, including delivering product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and communicating with international enterprise clients.

*The role involves regular interaction with customers and teams located outside Québec.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working as an HRIS expert or experience implementing HCM solutions.
• Certified Workforce Planning Professional, SHRM, CIPD, or certification in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM (PeopleSoft).
• Background in professional services or technology consulting roles within complex SaaS projects is a plus.
