Description de poste3+ years UX / UI design experience. A strong educational background in Computer Science is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management, we want to hear from you. Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise workflow design. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer-facing team. Figma or similar tools. Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity. Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada / USA; Vietnam if required) Unlimited paid time off – yeah, you read that right! About the Role
We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the UI / UX Lead , you’ll be creating intuitive, elegant user experiences across our ecosystem while collaborating with product teams to build solutions that delight users and improve operational outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI flows.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align design with functional requirements.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistent design standards.
- Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Bring
Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 USD per year; $75,000-$90,000 CAD per year
This role requires working onsite in our Dallas or Cambridge office two days per week .
