Description de posteHotel, motel, resort 0 - $100,000 Direct and control construction projects Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities Evaluate construction projects when modifying commercial, transportation or recreational facilities and real estate Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate Identify customers’ needs Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Plan and organize construction projects Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Promote sales to existing clients Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements Recommend products or services to customers Identify and solicit potential clients Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service Deliver sales presentations Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service Prepare and administer sales contracts Use sales forecasting software Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff Plan and manage the facility's operations budget Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal Resolve product and service related problems Troubleshoot problems related to equipment Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists Organize and maintain inventory 11-15 people iOS MS Excel MS Office MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Word Electronic mail Internet Criminal record check Vulnerable sector check Reference required Travel expenses not paid by employer Willing to travel Willing to travel regularly Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Attention to detail Hand-eye co-ordination Large workload Repetitive tasks Combination of sitting, standing, walking Standing for extended periods Bending, crouching, kneeling Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Organized Reliability Team player Accurate Dependability Flexibility Initiative Judgement Positive attitude Punctuality Dental plan Health care plan Vision care benefits Night shift premium Maternity and parental benefits Free parking available Learning / training paid by employer Team building opportunities Parking available
