Overview

Join to apply for the Mail Clerk role at Recruit Action inc. . Take on a new administrative challenge within an internal service center in a legal environment. Full-time, 3-week temporary contract from September 10 to October 3. Regular daytime schedule (9 am to 5 pm) with a pay rate of $20 / hour. Bilingualism is required to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Perform photocopying and printing on request.
  • Bind documents.
  • Handle internal and external mail distribution.
  • Provide general support to service center operations.

    • What you will need to succeed

  • College diploma (DEC), an asset.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in English and French to communicate effectively during internal exchanges and to respond to service requests in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to carry out repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Good teamwork skills and a professional attitude in the workplace.
