Reporting to the oncology pharmacy manager, this full‑time permanent Pharmacist dedicated to the oncology program will provide clinical care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. Responsibilities include pharmaceutical care monitoring for injectable anti‑cancer agents and oral take‑home cancer drugs, maintaining electronic patient records, conducting new drug and regimen reviews, and contributing to medication safety initiatives. The pharmacist will work in the specialty oncology drug store, provide patient counselling on chemotherapy regimens, review and verify cancer medication orders, and support projects as assigned. Coverage may extend to the Centenary outpatient oncology clinic pharmacy as required.
