Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and physically fit Warehouse Worker / Associate to join out clients team in St.Catharines!! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. The goal is to ensure a safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operation that meets inventory control and customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities

Receiving : Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and verify accuracy against purchase orders.

Processing : Sort, count, tag, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Organization : Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe working environment by properly stacking, storing, and securing materials.

Inventory Control : Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure high standards of accuracy and report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Experience : Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker or in a similar logistics / shipping role is a plus.

Physical Stamina :

Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly (e.g., up to 50 lbs or more).

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic math and computer skills (data entry, familiarity with WMS or inventory software).
