Requirements
7+ years of experience in aviation engineering, with expertise in aircraft structural systems. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and structural analysis tools (e.g., FEMAP, ANSYS). Knowledge of FAR 23 / 25 / 27 / 29 standards and aircraft certification procedures. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Assets Professional engineering designation (e.g., P.Eng.) or equivalent certification. Experience as a Transport Canada Authorized Person (AP) or in a similar delegated role. Familiarity with structural integration of equipment, fuselage penetrations, and flammability standards.
