About The Role :
The HR Coordinator will provide essential support to the HR team and related business units on various HR-related transactions. This role will ensure compliance with HR policies and labour legislation, assist in HR systems and processes, and manage employee relations issues. Human Resources Coordinator, Role-Specific Accountabilities :
Assist in the implementation of the people plan, including labour, processes, and tools, as assigned by the Manager, HR Business Partnerships.Support communication and training on HR systems, programs, and processes to address functional area's HR needs and gaps.Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour legislation within your business unit.Track, identify, and report on Employee Relations issues and trends to HR Advisors, escalating key trends and metrics to the Manager, HR Business Partnerships.Research and share employment and labour law updates and industry best practices with the HR team.Process HR transactions in Workday, including leaves of absence and terminations, and support leaders with transactions as required.Prepare and review written documentation, such as termination letters, reports, investigation notes, and metrics.Human Resources Coordinator, Knowledge & Skills Requirements / Qualifications :
Bilingual in French and English.College or University degree in HR, Business, or a related field.1-2 years of customer service experience.Ability to follow instructions thoroughly and execute with accuracy.Strong attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office products with intermediate Excel skills.Proven problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.Responsive and effective communicator, providing prompt and accurate information.Assets :
