La Roseraie, a friendly private residence for seniors located in Ste-Foy, is looking for a person to fill a full-time food aid position.

Purpose of the position
Schedule : Monday to Friday with every other weekendSalary : from $ per hour Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Perform other related duties
- Assist in ensuring resident and staff safety in the dinning room by enforcing compliance with health and safety standards
- Contribute to the teams efforts to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dinning room(s)
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Wash dishes after each meal and store in appropriate places
- Clean kitchen equipment after each use (pots, stove, mixers etc.)
- Assemble plates of food
- Clean kitchen equipment
- Manning the warm table, help residences with their choices
- Supervise the preparation of cold meals and desserts
- Peel and cut vegetables for meals
- Be required to participate in the serving of meals and / or light housework when required
