Job Description

DataAnalysis

Collect,cleanandanalyzedata toidentifypatterns,inefficienciesand insightsfor improvement

Automation and Digital Enablement

Identifyautomation opportunities and partner with ITand otherteams to design,deployand support automation tools, workflows, or data integration solutions

Support implementation ofERP systemsthat enhance visibility, accuracy, and control inbusiness processes

Monitor the effectiveness and performance of automated solutions and recommendand implementenhancements

Projectand ProcessSupport

Participate in process mapping and documentation toidentifyareas fordata analysis andautomationand contribute toredesign efforts, integrating digitalsolutionswhere appropriate

Support CISpecialist, Manager and Directorinpreparing project deliverables andproviding data backed recommendations

Support CI Manager inall phases of a project life cycle including as-is analysis, design of target state, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, end-user training, deployment, post go-live support and maintenance, documentation, etc.developing process improvement KPIs

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Build strong relationships with cross-functionalteamsto gather insights and drive alignment

Activelyparticipateinworkshops, process walkthroughs, and brainstorming sessions to co-createimprovementsolutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in DataAnalytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.(Master’s degree in those fields is an asset)

Minimum 5 years ofprofessionalexperience

3+years of experience in data analytics, businessintelligenceandprocess automation

Experience in continuous improvementorprocess transformationis an asset

Skillset

Strongproficiencyin data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, etc.)

Experience with automation and workflow tools (Power Automate, VBA, or similar)

Good analyticalandproblem-solving skillsto convert raw data into meaningful insights

Strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving ability, and data storytelling skills

Stellar work ethic and ownership of work.High standardsof excellence and result-driven

Strong communicationand interpersonalskills

Exceptional organisational skillsand high autonomy

Fast learner and coachable
