Position Overview

Matalco Canada Inc. is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer. The role is based at the Brampton facility and involves all aspects of electrical engineering, including daily supervision of electricians and ensuring continuous equipment availability.

Responsibilities

• Commit to health & safety, complying with Occupational Health & Safety legislation and promoting a safe workplace.
• Deliver quality products while adhering to quality and environmental policies; recommend process improvements.
• Contribute to the development of procedures, systems, and controls; maintain overall reliability of electrical equipment with 24 / 7 on‑call support.
• Coach and develop employees, managing performance and scheduling maintenance.
• Implement departmental policies and manage process improvement projects to meet performance targets.
• Plan circuits, power distribution and conduct testing.

Job Details

Job Type : Full‑time – open vacancy due to retirement.

Pay : $70,000 – $95,000 per year.
