Role Overview
This role turns data into direction—helping sales and marketing understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next. You’ll lead the strategy, development, and delivery of business intelligence and insights that directly influence customer acquisition, growth, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Build full-funnel visibility across Marketing → Sales → Customer Success to clarify revenue outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape GTM plans, forecasting assumptions, and pipeline strategy.
- Lead the creation of BI dashboards and models that simplify complexity and empower action.
- Influence how teams invest time, budget, and energy with data-driven recommendations.
- Optimize campaign performance, renewal health, and unlock upsell opportunities.
Impact
Standardize definitions and metrics across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.Deliver insights that improve pipeline velocity, forecasting accuracy, customer retention, and revenue growth.Build BI solutions that make data accessible and actionable.Help leaders understand why trends are happening, not just what the trends are.Influence territory design, quotas, campaign segmentation, and customer lifecycle management.Qualifications
Experience in BI, GTM Analytics, Revenue Operations, or FP&A within a B2B SaaS environment.Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (ideally Qlik), and data modeling in Snowflake.Strong familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.Deep grasp of SaaS metrics such as ARR / MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and payback.Ability to translate data into clear stories and business recommendations.Collaborative approach, comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.Curiosity, thoughtful problem solving, and desire to be a strategic partner.Location

Compensation
Salary range : $110,000.00 CAD – $135,000.00 CAD. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
